Shipping & Returns


Shipping:

All Shipping and Handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Orders normally ship within 3 business days but may take longer to ship based on the volume of orders we are receiving at the time your order is placed. Orders are processed in the order received. We do accommodate requests to ship orders more quickly in the event you might need your order to ship faster than our normal 3 business day shipping time. We ship via U.S. Postal Service or United Parcel Service. We do not offer Express Shipping at this time.


Returns:

We offer a 14-day exchange guarantee on all defective or damaged merchandise. Please notify us immediately of any issues regarding your order. We will ship a replacement unless a replacement is not available. Otherwise we will issue a credit that may be used toward future orders. The return of merchandise does not guarantee replacement or credit. We reserve the right to inspect any merchandise for defects or damages prior to issuing any replacements or credits.


California Sales Tax:

California residents must pay 8.75% sales tax on all purchases.
